2008 OUTDOOR SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
THANKS to all previous sponsors - we also encourage new visitors to take this opportunity to support your child's team and the youth of our community of Whitby. We are extremely proud of our very successfuly track record due in no small way to the backing of local businesses and large corporate donations.
Should you wish to participate as a sponsor next season, please confirm that your contact information is correct on the pre-completed form and return it to us by mail, fax, e-mail or hand-delivery, giving details regarding your level of commitment.
On the form, be sure to indicate the birth year of any team you wish to sponsor as well as the full name of any child you wish to be placed on the sponsored team. This will help us ensure that the proper uniforms are assigned to the proper child’s team.
To thank you for your generosity, we would be pleased to provide you with a plaque. Please note this where indicated if you wish to receive one, so that it may be ordered for you specifically.
Artwork, logos, etc. must be submitted to us electronically prior to February 15, 2008 even if we have used your logo in the past. Our uniform supplier for 2008 requests that up to date information and graphics are submitted to them as soon as required. For those who wish to have only their business name in block letters, please print out your information exactly as you wish it to appear on the uniform.
We are unable to guarantee uniform colours, but will make every effort to accommodate those requests on a first come, first served basis. Some colours are more popular than others and of course we try not to have two teams with the same colour in the same age division.
