MENS SCHEDULES

WISC and Durham Indoor Soccer (DISC) are proud to announce our expanded our soccer program to include a Senior Division for Men. This program is sanctioned by The Ontario soccer Association ("OSA").

 

A full season of soccer will commence in September 2010.  Teams will play a minimum of 28 games, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter weeks, with the season ending in mid to late May. 

 

Each team will play Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Friday at the Whitby Soccer Centre or at the DISC in Oshawa based on the number of teams registered.

 

Games are 7 aside (including goalkeeper), and are 50 minutes long.  Games will be played at the Whitby Soccer Centre or at the DISC in Oshawa. Teams may indentify their preference at time of registration and the league scheduler will accommodate to the extent possible.

 To register as an individual player without a team affiliation, fee is $275

 

Placement in divisions will be determined by WISC based on previous performance at the DISC Men’s Open League. Teams may be moved from one Division to another based on performance early in the season, all in an effort to balance each division to the extent possible.

Refund Policy and NSF fee

Cancellations made before August 15th are subject to a $35 administration fee. There are no refunds after this date. Individual players cancelling on medical grounds supported by a doctor's note will be given a pro-rated refund based on the number of games played less $35 admin fee.

 

Players receiving the team discount are not eligible for a refund. However if a player withdraws from a team, the team may add a player to the roster for a single $40 registration fee and the new player can compensate the withdrawing player appropriately.
