Attach this to your ATF before submitting it to the Club office for processing and forwarding to the Region.

It is mandatory, after any Exhibition Game between a WISC team and another Durham Region club team, that a game sheet be completed and submitted to the Club office immediately.

All Star teams are considered "travelling teams" and are subject to many of the same rules and guidelines as competitive teams. Further information you may find useful is available on the Competitive Teams page - see the Managers Guide link at the bottom.

Please bring the completed hard copy of your form to the Club office to be processed.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

The purpose of the All Star Program is to increase the skill level of the players and to develop coaches to prepare both players and coaches for the transition to the Whitby Iroquois Soccer Club Competitive Team level. Teams will only be created for age divisions where a coach has been approved and assigned.

Players
All house league players may attend tryouts or may be scouted. The teams will not be chosen until the house league season has started. Players will play on both their house league team and the “All Star” team. An “All Star” player may be invited to be a call-up for the Competitive Team.

Coaches
Will not be appointed until the house league season has started. Each coaching applicant must arrange a screening interview if they have not done so previously. A Coaching Application form must also be completed and submitted to the Club office.. A current Police Check (dated after September 30, 2011) and 3 personal references (name and phone number) must be provided. If you have not registered as a coach for the current season, you must do so through the registration system online or download and complete the OSA registration from which is available on our website. This is how you obtain your insurance coverage and get registered with The Ontario Soccer Association.

Games and Practice Sessions
“All Star” teams are encouraged to practice with the WISC Competitive team and each “All Star” team should play at least 2 exhibition games (one at the start of the season and one at the end) against the WISC Competitive team.

Tournaments
Each “All Star” team should plan on entering a maximum of 3 tournaments during the season, one of which shall be the WISC All Star Tournament in September. The purpose of entering these tournaments is to give the players an opportunity to play at a higher level than house league. All players must receive equal playing time during these tournaments.
