Thank you for your patience.  We would like to share the following update regarding the INDOOR Adult leagues that were suspended.

While we had hoped that we would be able to complete the Adult league Indoor season 2019-20, it is now apparent that we will not be able to do so as a result of COVID-19.  The pandemic has put the Club in a very precarious position. Our Outdoor season registrations and rental revenues are down over $500,000 from last year and if the Outdoor season does not occur the Club will lose revenues in excess of $1 million. In addition, certain costs have been committed to and in many cases paid for the 2020 Outdoor season. With respect to the Indoor season, virtually all costs were incurred so the remaining games will not result in lower or recovery of any costs by the Club.

That being said, we recognize that members did not receive a full season of programming. As such, we are providing the following three options to adult players: 

Option 1 - Credit against next registration of $75 per player.  This will be a discount code issued to you.

Option 2 - Cash refund of $45 per player.  Cash will be picked-up at the Club by appointment only.

Option 3 - No credit or refund - essentially a donation to help the Club through this difficult time (we cannot issue donation receipts as we are not a registered charity).

As a not for profit, volunteer based organization, we appreciate your support through this difficult time and look forward to welcoming you back when it is safe to do so. To continue to operate as we have in the past, we are counting on the Town of Whitby, suppliers, members and other stake holders to help us through this crisis.   Thank you, Whitby FC Board of Directors
