Adult 11v11 Recreational Leagues
We welcome TEAM entries & INDIVIDUAL players in our 11v11 league
- Ontario Soccer sanctioned league open to 18+ years (2006 and older)
- Men's 11v11 league on full field (17 player minimum)
- Women's 11v11 league on full field (17 player minimum)
- COED 11v11 league on full field (17 player minimum)
- Men's 7v7 format on 7v7 field (13 player minimum)
- Team kits include GK jersey:
- for 11v11 teams (team set of 20)
- for 7v7 teams (team set of 14)

Notes
- All players must attach a player photo (passport style) to their online registration entry in order to participate (NO exceptions)
- Schedules and rosters will be uploaded to team pages in early May. Games may be scheduled on Statutory holidays such as Victoria Day, Canada and the Civic holiday
- In the case of rain, please check the Home page for field closures which are posted as soon as possible. If the field status is OPEN, please proceed to your game
- Rescheduled games played during the week (when possible)
- All players must wear shinpads; NO jewellery
- No guest players - no call-ups permitted
- Players may only be rostered on one team within the same division
- Team members participating in two adult leagues with Whitby FC are eligible for a team member discount for their second registration. The discount code must be entered at time of registration and has no cash value. Please ask your team rep about the discount code PRIOR to registration.
- Requests for refunds will only be considered prior to the first day of the season and subject to $35 administrative fee
- Whitby FC reserves the right to balance divisions as necessary during the Outdoor season

COED team entry is SOLD OUT
Teams have the option to register as a TEAM ENTRY or as 'Individuals' and request to be placed on the same team (minimum 17 players).
To register as a team entry, team reps register the team online:
Team Entry fee initial payment for 11v11 leagues is $1000 and due at time of registration. Balance will be due April 1
Team Entry fee initial payment for Men's 7v7 leagues is $500 and due at time of registration. Balance will be due April 1
Once the team rep has registered the team entry online, the team name will be added to the online registration session. All team members must register as a 'team member' and indicate their team or team rep’s name. Payment must be received to be eligible to play.

Individual looking for a team?
Are you an INDIVIDUAL looking for a team to play on in our league? If so, please register online and select the INDIVIDUAL Player. Please note, any players that are not able to be placed on a team will receive a full refund for the registration fee paid to the Club.
Uniform notes
Team entry fee is based on a maximum of 20 players. If the team roster will have more than 20 players AND the team requires uniforms, there will be an additional fee to cover any extra uniforms.
For more than 20 uniforms OR specific sizes, please advise Bill on or before March 1, 2025.
If your team does not require uniforms:
- 11v11 teams will receive a $275 discount
- 7v7 teams will receive a $200 discount
Discount will be deducted from the balance of the team entry fee.
Team Reps/Captains:
Need to pick-up players as the season progresses? Simply have any new player addition to your team roster register online and select team member fee. Please advise our registrar of these new player additions.
SportsEngine
The Club uses SportsEngine to communicate to players. Please remember to periodically check your SportsEngine email box for any updates.
Please download the SportsEngine mobile app.
Once team lists have been completed, registered players have access to the roster and team schedule via their team page accessible using your SportsEngine account.
