U6 to U12 remainder of season cancelled

Currently, Ontario Soccer has suspended all in-person soccer activities until further notice.

We have made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of the Indoor recreational season.

All players have been notified via email with information regarding refunds, credits or gift to our Club. 

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Registration for the Outdoor season is OPEN.

We hope to see everyone back on the pitch for the Outdoor season.   Thank you for doing your part to keep Ontario operating safely.

CREDIT - discount codes

IMPORTANT - if you registered with our Club for the summer outdoor season, did not return to play and submitted your request form with the CREDIT option, please request your discount code PRIOR to registering.  To receive your discount code, please email our Registrar and include your child's name.

Indoor Recreational Soccer - 2020-21 Season

We are proud to offer indoor soccer for boys and girls from 4 to 18 years of age (birth years 2016 to 2002).   Our goal is to expand the enjoyment of soccer in Whitby and the surrounding community.  


  • 20 week season
  • Saturday CO-ED divisions start date is Saturday October 17, 2020
  • Boys ONLY* and Girls ONLY* divisions begin on / after Tuesday October 13, 2020 (* depending on registration numbers); Monday divisions start date is Monday October 19, 2020
  • full player uniform;
  • approved Ontario Soccer referees for U8, U10, U12;
  • U6 & U8 Fun Skills Day (March 2021)
  • Festivals for U10 & U12 divisions (March 2021 Co-ed and Boys / Girls); 

There will be NO games scheduled on/between:

  • Monday December 21, 2020 - Sunday January 3, 2021
  • NEW REVISION:  games now scheduled during March 12 - March 19 given March Break has been modified 

All players must wear shinpads.  Soccer cleats are not mandatory but recommended.  NO jewellery.  Requests for refunds will only be considered prior to the first day of the season and subject to $35 administrative fee.

U3, The Ball & Me (Fall OR Winter session)

Program provides a curriculum framework for children focusing on soccer skills tailored to include Physical Literacy :

  • Basic Motor Skills
  • Emotional, personal and social development
  • Individual Ball Mastery
  • Cognitive Development

Young players will be exposed to the World’s # 1 skills method lead by qualified Coaching Instructors

Participation in this program will assist children in developing positive 'self esteem'; promote a healthy attitude towards physical activity as well as developing basic physical literacy and ball skills.

Training Overview: Ball Mastery – Exercises changing direction moves where players work alone using the ball with high repetition of touches

Game Sheets - U8, U10 & U12 Divisions

Game sheets are printed from your teampage.

All U8-U12 games will have an assigned match official.  The HOME team COACH is responsible for providing the game sheet to the referee.  

STEPS for Coaches to print game sheet from a desktop (using Google Chrome):

  • Login to your SportsEngine account (top right-hand corner of the website)

  • Select “GO TO TEAM PAGE” (bottom left) TURN on EDIT mode (on left side)

  • Scroll down and select “GAME SCHEDULE” SELECT your game day (from the white calendar on the page)

  • Click the gear wheel on the right-hand side of the bright yellow construction bar

  • Select first option on the drop-down menu “PRE” Print (or CTRL-P) and choose landscape layout 

COVID-19 - modified playing RULES

In the current Phase of Ontario Soccer's Return to Play


NO THROW-INS (kick-ins only) 

To reduce body fluid transfer onto ball surface, heading of the ball has been removed for this phase. Heading of ball will result in an indirect free kick for the opposing team.

Throw-ins are not permitted. The ball must be kicked into play (kick-in).

U6 Program details (2016 & 2015)

The emphasis is on lots of touches, dribbling, passing, shooting. Small-sided games are in a 4v4 format. Players should play a fair amount of time in each position by rotating through each "position" on the field. Sessions include a 20 minute warm-up followed by a 4v4 small-sided game which is 2 x 15 minute halves (with a five minute break) against the team you are scheduled to share the field.

U8 Program details (2014 & 2013)

Similar to the U6 program, the emphasis continues to be on lots of touches, dribbling, passing, shooting.  Small-sided games are in a 5v5 format. Players should play a fair amount of time in each position by rotating through each "position" on the field. Sessions include a 10 minute warm-up followed by a 5v5 small-sided game including a goalkeeper which is 2 x 20 minute halves (with a five minute break) against the team you are scheduled to share the field.
