Indoor Recreational - Adult League details
We are proud to offer the Open INDOOR League for Adults. Our goal is to expand the enjoyment of soccer in Whitby and the surrounding community. HST included in fees.
Indoor season is 22 games

Team Entry Registration open
All team members MUST register online as team members (player ID must be submitted at time of registration).
TEAM deposit fee will be used towards team administrative fees (refer to chart below). If teams do not incur any fees, the team deposit will be returned at the conclusion of the season.
Team Reps
Team deposits (based on 14 players)
To indicate your team's interest, please place a team deposit online ($250 + processing fees $6.55). The team deposit will cover administrative fees associated with any forfeits (defaults, etc). If the team does not incur any admin fees, the team deposit will be returned at the end of the season.

The Registration "Adult Recreational Indoor Team Entry deposit - 2025-26" is not currently available.

Adult 7v7 Recreational Leagues
We welcome TEAM entries & INDIVIDUAL players in our 7v7 league
- Ontario Soccer sanctioned league open to 18+ years (2006 and older)
- *14 player minimum roster; if uniforms are not required 13 player roster
- Team kits include GK jersey - team set of 14
- Schedules and standings
- Schedules and rosters will be uploaded to team pages in early October. All games are played at the Whitby Soccer Centre - 695 Rossland Road W, Whitby L1R2P2
- When registering, please indicate your team or team rep’s name
- For players not associated with a team, if possible you will be placed on a team requiring players
Notes
- All players must attach a player photo (passport style) to their online registration entry in order to participate (NO exceptions)
- Schedules and rosters will be uploaded to team pages in early October. Games will not be scheduled between Dec 22 2025 - Jan 2 2026
- All players must wear shinpads. Soccer cleats are not mandatory but recommended. NO jewellery
- All players must be registered and paid in order to be eligible to participate.
- No guest players - no call-ups permitted
- Players may only be rostered on one team within the same division
- Team members participating in two adult leagues with Whitby FC are eligible for a team member discount for their second registration. The discount code must be entered at time of registration and has no cash value. Please ask your team rep about the discount code PRIOR to registration.
- Requests for refunds will only be considered prior to the first day of the season and subject to $35 administrative fee
- Whitby FC reserves the right to balance divisions as necessary during the Indoor season

The Club uses SportsEngine to communicate to players. Please remember to periodically check your SportsEngine email box for any updates.

Once team lists have been completed, registered players have access to the roster and team schedule via their team page accessible using your SportsEngine account.
