Requests for refunds will only be considered prior to the first day of the season.

Any medical refunds must be accompanied by a medical note.  Refunds processed based on medical notes will be pro-rated.

All requests must be accompanied by a completed Refund Request Form and returned to the Registrar by e-mail or FAX or directly to our office.

ALL refunds are subject to a $35 administrative fee.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed.

The Club Policies document is discretionary to Whitby FC and is to be used as an addendum to the Ontario Soccer Policies document.  Should any conflict be identified between these policies documents, the Ontario Soccer Policies will override Club Policies and will be addressed on as needed basis.
