ALL registrations are done ONLINE. It is strongly recommended to make registration payment ONLINE (VISA or MasterCard or VISA Debit or MasterCard Debit) at time of registration. For our INDOOR season, In-Person payment is UNAVAILABLE at this point. Transaction fees are applicable to all credit card payments made in the CLUB office. Any unpaid registrations will be removed after five (5) business days which will require the registration to be re-entered.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard available. Please note, processing fees will apply to online payments. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from SportsEngine.
Friend requests are accepted but are not guaranteed. Consideration is given to volunteer coaches.
The Indoor season start date is after the Thanksgiving weekend. Team lists will be done as soon as coaches for the division have been established. If you are able to volunteer to coach, please contact our Executive Director. Players will be contacted by their coaches and informed when the uniforms will be distributed. Schedules will be posted on teampages.
All refund requests must be received prior to the first day start of the season and subject to $35 administrative fee. Our refund policy can be found under About Us - Policies.
Please note that if a particular age group is full, you can be placed on the waitlist (no-charge). If a spot becomes available in the program, you will be contacted by email and offered the option to pay to confirm the spot.
There are local community charities to help with soccer registrations fees.
1. Their Opportunity Minor Sports Corporation. This charity provides funding for children from low-income families, less than $45,000 annually, into organized sports and recreation activities. What makes Their Opportunity stand-out, is that funded children enter a “give-back” program, which is where each child that is enrolled ‘pay it forward’ through community service and outreach, within 3 months of being funded.
2. Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities. This charity gets kids ‘in the game’ by assisting with the costs associated with registration for sports and physical activity programming. More information is available on the Jumpstart website or by contacting the Town of Whitby, 905.430.4310, email@example.com and complete the online form.
3. Kidsport is a national not-for-profit organization that provides financial assistance for registration fees and equipment to kids aged 18 and under. Through a confidential application process we provide grants so they can play a season of sport. Nationally, KidSport is comprised of a network of 11 provincial/territorial KidSport chapters and 178 community KidSport chapters. Since its creation in 1993, over 450,000 kids across the country have been given the chance to play sport through KidSport grants and sport introduction programming.
4. Fundraising – Bingo – In conjunction with the local bingo (Red Barn, Oshawa), WISC members / teams are able to sign-up for designated bingo times. Under the guidance of our Bingo Director, various duties are covered by these volunteers. Members who wish to participate in the Bingo program are encouraged to contact the Executive Director for available times.
We are offering YOUTH teams in the INDOOR season as Boys only, Girls only or COED. When siblings are in the same division, they will be placed on the same team (unless otherwise requested).
ALL YOUTH teams in the INDOOR season play in combined age groups. Please check the schedules closely.

If you are registering more than three players in your family (residing at the same address), you will receive a $50 discount on the third child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at the same time.
Take advantage of our early registration fees by registering & submitting payment online or paying at the Club office prior to April 30, 2021. Following this date, registration fees will increase $30 (including any unpaid registrations).
Depending on registration numbers, divisions may be combined.
